Usage methods and precautions for pipe cutting machines: Place the pipe cutting machine on a level surface and adjust the height of the support according to the diameter of the pipe. If the pipe is too heavy, it is recommended to directly anchor the machine to the foundation with rivets to prevent movement during cutting. Depending on the thickness of the steel pipe, place the pipe on different rollers of the cutting machine (pipes of 100mm and below should be placed on the two inner rollers of the cutting machine). Slowly press down the handle of the oil pump; do not press continuously. Press the handle once, allowing the blade to advance about 0.5mm, then let the steel pipe rotate one full turn before pressing again. When the blade enters the steel pipe by about 1/2 or more, there is no need to press anymore. Let the steel pipe rotate a few turns, and it will naturally break.
