On the horizontal plate of the machine body, the internal and external angle rolling cutters are installed in a straight line, and the lower end shaft is equipped with a transmission mechanism. The internal angle rolling cutter is exposed in the exposed hole of the vertical internal angle chamfering workbench center, and the exposed hole of the external angle rolling cutter is formed on the groove end face below the positioning bracket directly above the exposed hole of the external angle rolling cutter and the external angle chamfering workbench. A lifting device is set between the external angle chamfering workbench and the horizontal plate of the machine body, allowing the external angle chamfering workbench to rise and fall in a straight line, exposing the external angle rolling cutter in the exposed hole.

A chamfering machine is a specialized tool for chamfering the front end face of pipes or flat plates. This chamfering machine solves the disadvantages of irregular angles, rough slopes, and high working noise in operations such as flame cutting and grinding. It has advantages such as simple operation, standard angles, smooth surfaces, lightweight, high chamfering rate, durability, and convenience of operation. 1. Chamfering machine for chamfering

The terms "chamfer" and "groove" are often used interchangeably. Although these two features are similar, they actually have two different definitions. A chamfer affects a part of the side of the workpiece, especially the edges of the part, while a bevel makes the entire side inclined, which is a characteristic of square parts. Therefore, the side of the part can have two chamfers or only one chamfer.

However, a chamfering machine can perform both operations. These two features are the same in geometry and processing mode. The chamfering machine will process the features of these two parts in exactly the same way; the chamfering machine may only use the larger cutting surface or may require multiple processes to form larger part features.

2. Deburring chamfering machine

Like many other multifunctional tools, a chamfering milling cutter can be used to easily and quickly remove burrs from parts during CNC machining. This can maintain efficiency, as manual deburring is an unnecessarily time-consuming process.

The inclined cutting surface of the chamfering machine makes it a better tool for removing burrs from the edges of workpieces. Because only a very small amount of the cutting surface of the chamfering milling cutter is needed, simple deburring operations can be performed at very small cutting depths by simply adjusting the operating parameters.
