    The product is controlled by PLC, driven by hydraulic power, and features a touch-screen operating system with a full Chinese menu. It has various preset bending angles, displays Chinese subtitles, and allows for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes. The mobile foot switch has both start and emergency stop functions.
    The hydraulic system, control system, drive system, and display system all use high-reliability imported components, with high precision and efficiency, suitable for mass production, and at an advanced level both internationally and domestically.

    2.3, The CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine has the following features:  
    1. Operating System:Has a professional version operating system.
    2. Simple and easy to learn operation using graphical guidance, with a clear and systematic program input method.
    3. Standard display text: Chinese/English switch. (Other languages can be changed as needed)
    4. Maximum bending program memory capacity of 2 million groups, with up to 45 programmable bends per group.
    5. Directly input bending processing parameters; the machine can execute step-by-step and pause during automatic operation, allowing manual intervention when bending special fittings, and can resume automatic operation. It also has a pause function, with automatic and manual modes; after one cycle, the next cycle is started with a switch, and an emergency stop button is used when needed.
    6. The memory storage time for operating programs and bending programs is unlimited, and programs will not be lost due to power outages or long periods of inactivity.
    7. Programs and data have user password setting functions, which not only protect data from unauthorized changes but also allow tracing of each data modifier for easy data management and accountability.
    8. Can record the last 1000 bending processing data for easy management by producers.
    9. While the machine is processing automatically, the controller can still be used to input or edit programs.
    10. Has the function to convert XYZ coordinate values to YBC processing values, making it convenient for operators.
