Introduction
This machine is controlled by a microcomputer and driven by hydraulic power, featuring a touch-screen full Chinese menu operating system, with various preset bending angles, Chinese subtitles display, human-machine dialogue operation, and the ability to choose between manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes. The mobile foot switch has both start and emergency stop functions.

机床主要结构和特点
机器的结构组成包括床身部分、主传动部分、夹紧部分、导向部分、芯棒机构、液压系统、电气系统、模具部分、送料部分、转角部分
1、床身部分
床身部分为折弯焊接结构,是其它部分的载体。
2、主传动部分
主传动部分由主轴、齿轮和齿条三部分组成,可实现弯曲和回程动作。
3、夹紧部分
夹紧结构用于夹紧管子,随主轴转动,使模具和管件同时转动。
4、导向部分
导向机构在弯管过程中托住管子的直线部分,在弯制管子过程中,管子随着导向模一起向前运动。夹紧导向结构的夹紧动作均由液压缸带动,打开侧面的窥视孔盖板可对其进行检查、维修和调整。
5、芯棒部分
芯棒机构位于床身后部,通过丝杆传动可以调节芯棒所需弯曲半径,芯棒动作由芯棒、油缸实现,并通过调节螺母可以调整芯棒的超前量,在床身上装有芯棒支撑装置、支撑芯棒和管件,如进行无芯弯曲,将芯棒拆下。
6、液压系统
液压系统控制元件采用台湾进口品牌,液压系统采用集成通路块结构,液压管路选用无缝钢管,活动连接处用高压软管,并采用“U”形快装接头,从而杜绝了系统渗漏现象,提高了液压系统的可靠性。Key words:- Dw38nc
