1.Explanation of Main Technical Parameters and Model:
The DW-38CNC-3A-1S fully automatic servo pipe bending machine is a device for core or coreless winding bending of pipes in a cold state. By changing the bending mold, products with different radii can be bent. By changing its mold, it can also be used for bending square tubes, channel steel, and other special-shaped cross-section profiles.
This machine is a fully hydraulic PLC controlled fully automatic pipe bending machine. The main drive and auxiliary movements are all hydraulically driven. There are detection devices at places where interference is likely to occur to ensure the safety of the machine. Various actions of the machine are controlled by a PLC programmable controller, and the machine can preset and save 200 workpieces, each of which can preset 30 bending angles that can be called at any time, and dynamically display the bending angle during operation. Coordinate working values (X.Y.Z) and working values (Y.B.C) can be input, and the program can automatically convert data. This facilitates operators to get started quickly.
