High-speed circular saw machineIt can be divided into metal circular saw machines and woodworking circular saw machines based on the processed products. According to the conveying method, it is divided into vertical, horizontal, and scissor types. Depending on the control method, it can be classified as manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated. Dedicated racks can be equipped as needed.

What is a high-speed circular saw machine?

The control interface of the fully automatic high-speed circular saw machine uses an operating system developed based on PLC HMI technology, usually accompanied by a touch screen and an operation panel. Using the human-machine interface, staff only need to input parameters such as the size of the material's specification, processing quantity, etc., and the saw blade's rotation speed, feed per tooth (cutting speed), and other complex parameters are automatically adjusted based on the input parameters, providing an easy-to-operate method for the staff. This type of circular saw machine works in a fully enclosed state due to its high safety. In case of a malfunction, it can automatically stop and alarm to prevent casualties and equipment losses, while also maintaining very high processing efficiency.

The high-speed circular saw machine has high control accuracy, fast cutting speed, and the center operation of the fully automatic saw blade is performed automatically. Employees can control it with simple training through PLC (no CNC programming or other special expertise required).

How to choose the type of hard alloy for high-speed circular saw machines?

The commonly used types of hard alloys are cobalt-based (YG series) and titanium-based (YT series). Cobalt-based hard alloys have better impact resistance, so they are more widely used in the wood processing industry. The commonly used models in wood processing are YG8-YG15, where the number after YG represents the percentage of cobalt content. As the cobalt content increases, the impact toughness and bending strength of the alloy improve, but the hardness and wear resistance decrease, so it should be selected based on actual conditions.

High-speed circular saw machineHow to choose the bore diameter of the saw blade?

The bore diameter is a relatively simple parameter, mainly selected according to the requirements of the equipment. However, to maintain the stability of the saw blade, it is recommended to choose a saw blade with a bore diameter greater than 250MM. Currently, the bore diameters of standard components designed domestically are as follows: for diameters below 120MM, the bore is 20MM; for 120-230MM, it is 25.4MM; for above 250MM, it is 30MM. Some imported equipment also has a 15.875MM bore. The bore diameters of multi-saw machines are relatively complex, and many key slots are installed for stability. Regardless of the bore size, modifications can be made using a lathe or wire cutting machine. A lathe can install washers within large bore diameters, and a wire cutting machine can drill holes according to the equipment's requirements.
