  The CNC chamfering machine includes a high-pressure water flow generator, a cutting table composed of a feeding rack and a processing section, and an electronic control box equipped with a CNC circuit that controls the feeding of workpieces. The feeding rack consists of a base frame and a non-powered roller assembly, with two feeding racks set on both sides of the processing section, forming the cutting table by adjusting screws according to the cutting reference of the processing section. The processing block includes a frame, a shield, cutting accessories, limit switch input, and limit switch output. The rack is composed of a base frame assembly, a powered roller assembly, a pressure roller assembly, and a tank assembly. The base frame assembly consists of a base frame, processing reference, water spray inlet, and feeding stop ring; the powered roller assembly is fixed on the base frame, and the pressure roller assembly is connected to the powered roller assembly. Cutting accessories, limit switch input, and limit switch output are installed on the base frame, and the protective cover is installed on the frame.

  The powered roller assembly includes a powered roller mounting frame, double-row sprocket rollers, a motor, a driving sprocket, and a transmission chain. Two rows of sprocket rollers are installed on both sides of the powered roller mounting frame, and the two rows of sprocket rollers are connected to the driving sprocket on the motor output shaft through the transmission chain. The powered roller mounting frame is fixed on the base frame, and the pressure roller is mounted on a pressure roller mounting frame equipped with springs, connected to the powered receiving roller mounting frame through the pressure roller mounting frame.

  The oil tank assembly includes casters, a water tank, an overflow port, and a cutting prevention block. The water tank has an overflow port and a cutting prevention block, and the casters are installed at the lower end of the water tank, arranged at the lower part of the base frame. The cutting accessories include a sand control valve, a water switch, pipelines, and a cutting head. The cutting head is equipped with a vertical height adjustment mechanism, a horizontal position adjustment mechanism, a cutting angle adjustment mechanism, and a water nozzle. The sand control valve is connected to the water switch, and the water switch is connected to the cutting head. The cutting head is equipped with a vertical height adjustment mechanism, a horizontal position adjustment mechanism, a cutting angle adjustment mechanism, and a water nozzle.
